It’s an ok kit As others have mentioned, the biggest problem with the kit is that you will offer start a recipe and find out half (or all!) of the materials are actually not contained in the kit (how hard would it have been to include a rubber band?). Also, the kit is kind of expensive for the contents: 40 bucks for a bunch of corn starch and some gelatin. I think if you got the manual you could get all the included ingredients for like 10 dollars.The experiments and recipes are on the fun side, but the…

  2. Educational , Fun and You Can Eat It This is a neat little set that is full of educational activities for both boys and girls. Its always a plus when you can eat at the end of the process. I do think for what was included and the price you could do the same by researching online but that would take time and energy which is essentially what we are paying for in the set.   3. We’ll see how it does I will update this as we use it. It is not complete, you will need to have things like molds for the suckers….powdered sugar and reg. sugar. There is a bunch of info woven in the experiments. Not sure if the younger ones will benefit from all that…Not much in it the set that I don’t have in my kitchen already, which makes the $40 a high price tag.
