I purchased for use as a Hem/Onc fellow, and it offers a very good overview of transplant basics before diving in to the rationale and timing of transplant from the acute leukemias to autoimmune disorders to sickle cell disease. There are also some excellent chapters on GVHD prophylaxis and treatment as well. The authors for each chapter include some very well-known names, like Fielding in ALL and Lazarus in AML.
